The tubes are all steel and the grips are very strong and contoured. Very comfortable to workout with. There are routines from beginner to

this book is huge, I only read part of it.

My Bully Xtreme arrived today - I have owned every Bullworker from the Tensolator to the Bullworker X5 Gold and the Bully xtreme is by far... simply the best!
It returns to the steel/plastic covered tension cords.
I personally never really liked the fabric tension cords on the
Bullworker X5 models.
